At KindPaws, we want you to have a safe and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags, accessories, manuals, and in its original packaging, when applicable. We may also require proof of purchase or your order number.
